普通產(chǎn)品為白色顆粒或粉末,是由兩種光學(xué)立體異構(gòu)體的混合而成的雜環(huán)環(huán)氧化合物，具有很好的耐熱耐候性，粘接性及優(yōu)異的高溫性能。

TGIC is heterocyclic epoxy compounds mixed by two kinds of optical stereoisomer, and normally appears as white granule or white powder. It has excellent heat&weather resistance, good adhesion property and outstanding high temperature performance.

主要用途

1. 用作純聚酯類(lèi)粉末涂料的交聯(lián)固化劑，用量約為純聚酯重量的7%-9%(按酸值確定用量);

2. 用作含羧基的聚丙烯酸酯(PA)的交聯(lián)固化劑，用量約為樹(shù)脂重量的7%(按酸值確定用量);

3. 可用于制造電絕緣層壓板，粘合劑，塑料穩(wěn)定劑等；

4. 用于制造熱固性阻焊油墨，適用于PCB電路板等領(lǐng)域；

5. 用于LED封裝和LED發(fā)光片支撐基架；

APPLICATION

1.  TGIC can be used as cross-linking curing agent for pure polyester powder coatings, the dosage is about 7%-9% of the weight of pure polyester (the exact dosage is determined by acid value).

2.  It is used for carboxyl-containing polyacrylate (PA), the dosage is about 7% of the weight of the resin (the exact dosage is determined by acid value).

3.  TGIC can be used in production of electrical insulation laminates, adhesives and plastic stabilizer and other curing agents.

4.  It can be used for manufacturing of thermosetting solder resist ink, suitable for PCB circuit board and other fields.

5.  TGIC can be used for LED packing and LED sheet supporter frame.
